Limited-Use Image License

Thank you for choosing [EMH Services LLC].

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Limited-Use License to use the delivered images solely for marketing the specific property photographed.

Permitted Uses

• MLS and real estate listing services

• Brokerage and agent websites

• Social media marketing

• Property flyers and brochures

• Digital and print advertising related to the sale or lease of the photographed property

Restrictions

This license does NOT permit:

• Sale or transfer of the images to another agent or brokerage

• Use by builders, designers, contractors, stagers, architects, or other third parties without written permission

• Use for marketing any property other than the one photographed

• Significant editing, AI manipulation, or removal of watermarks or metadata without written consent

• Commercial use outside the marketing of the photographed property

Ownership

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of [EMH Services LLC]. No copyright ownership is transferred.

License Term

This license remains valid only while the purchasing client actively markets the property. Any continued or expanded use requires written permission from the Photographer.

By scheduling services and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these licensing terms.

Third-Party Use: Any party other than the purchasing client, including builders, designers, contractors, stagers, homeowners, or future listing agents, must obtain a separate license from [EMH Services LLC] before using the images.
